LS New Year Body Reset

The New Year Body Reset is a 5 day cleanse that will give your digestive system a much deserved break while simultaneously feeding your body the whole nutrients it needs and deserves. The meals you’ll enjoy during the reset are plant-based, gluten free + full of nutrients. This reset will curb cravings, leave you less bloated and provide hydrating nutrients that will have you glowing from the inside!

What’s Included:
10 organic plant based meals
5 organic plant based snacks
5 organic cold pressed celery juices

In addition to the 10 meals, 5 fresh pressed celery juices and 5 snacks, we are offering some of our favorite LS products for a discounted rate to aid you during your 5 day journey.  They are available to add to your order before checking out.

Body Reset Guidelines:

-Take in the entire reset over 5 days

-Every morning drink the celery juice on an empty stomach and wait 10-15 min before eating

-Follow our body reset menu guide included in your bag which will tell you what meals to eat on each day

(1 celery juice, 2 meals and 1 snack a day)

-Any meals/ snacks outside of the reset should be follow the plant based + gluten free diet

(for the best results we suggest eating items from our store as additional meals and snacks)

-Drink a minimum of 64oz of water everyday

-Intensity of workouts and physical activity is at your discretion depending what your body is telling you.

**IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:

PICK UP/Delivery Schedule:
The Body Reset is split up between 2 pick up/delivery days.

We only fulfill the New Year Body Reset on a Monday/Thursday split schedule with Monday being Day 1.

• On Monday you will receive 6 meals, 4 celery juices and 3 snacks
• On Thursday you will receive 4 meals, 1 celery juices and 2 snacks

At time of checkout please CHOOSE THE MONDAY of the week you would like your reset. We do not allow pick up or delivery of the entire Body Reset on one day due to food freshness.
