Each morning begins with fresh celery juice to help hydrate, replenish, and support digestion naturally, followed by chef crafted meals and snacks made with colorful, seasonal, nutrient-dense ingredients designed to fuel your body with purpose and ease.

The Summer Body Reset fits seamlessly into your routine, offering a supportive, structured experience that helps you build small, intentional habits that lead to lasting change.

Summer Body Reset Guidelines:

• Complete the full reset over the course of 5 days for optimal results.
• Each morning, begin with celery juice on an empty stomach. Wait 10–15 minutes before consuming anything else.
• Follow the included Body Reset Menu Guide provided in your bag, which outlines your daily meals. (Includes: 1 celery juice, 2 meals, and 1 snack per day.)
• Any additional meals or snacks outside of the reset should remain plant-based and gluten-free. (For best results, we recommend incorporating items from our store as additional meals and snacks.)
• Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily.
• Movement and workout intensity are at your discretion, listen to your body and adjust as needed.

PICK UP Schedule:
The Body Reset is split up between 2 pick up days.

The Summer Body Reset will be picked on a Monday 6/22 + Thursday 6/25. 

• On Monday you will receive 6 meals, 4 celery juices and 3 snacks
• On Thursday you will receive 4 meals, 1 celery juices and 2 snacks

We do not allow pick up of the entire Body Reset on one day due to food freshness.
